About the event

Curious how everyday people can help fund the clean energy transition and earn returns while doing it?

Join us for a conversation with Jackie Logan, Head of Climate Strategy and Integration Lead at Honeycomb Credit, and former Co-CEO and Chief Investment Officer at Raise Green, the award-winning climate investment platform that helped pioneer community-powered climate finance in the U.S.

Raise Green made it possible for nearly anyone to invest directly in local clean energy and climate projects for as little as $100, using the power of Regulation Crowdfunding. In December 2024, Raise Green was acquired by Honeycomb Credit.

Now at Honeycomb, Jackie focuses on growing the climate vertical, working directly with climate entrepreneurs and investors. In this session, she’ll reflect on the journey from building Raise Green’s marketplace from the ground up to accelerating climate innovation from within a broader ecosystem.

You’ll get an inside look at:

  • How Raise Green connected climate solution builders with mission-aligned investors
  • The role of policy and regulation in unlocking access to capital
  • What it takes to scale climate fintech under SEC and FINRA oversight
  • Lessons from the frontline of community-powered climate innovation
  • What’s next for grassroots climate investing under Honeycomb’s roof

In this session, we’ll explore:

  • How distributed renewable energy drives climate resilience

  • Examples of climate finance touching down on the ground to positively impact local communities

  • Practical ways to balance technical rigor with social engagement especially in complex, multi-stakeholder landscapes
