We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Civil Engineering Project Manager with a focus on Environmental Engineering and Remediation to join our dynamic team. This role is perfect for a driven individual who is ready to take on challenging projects and showcase their expertise in remediatio pollution prevention plans, stormwater management, erosion control, wastewater treatment, grading/earthwork, roadways, storm sewer, sanitary sewer, pavement, and water main.
Responsibilities
As a Civil Engineering Project Manager, you will be responsible for
• Managing and leading civil engineering projects related to environmental engineering from conception to completion.
• Developing and implementing pollution prevention plans and stormwater management systems.
• Designing and overseeing the construction of infrastructure such as roadways, storm sewers, sanitary sewers, pavements, and water mains.
• Utilizing your expertise in grading/earthwork to ensure the stability and sustainability of our projects.
• Designing and managing wastewater treatment systems to ensure the protection of the environment.
• Coordinating with various stakeholders including clients, contractors, and government agencies.
• Utilizing AutoCAD and Civil 3D software for design and project management tasks.
• Ensuring all projects are compliant with local, state, and federal environmental regulations.
• Providing technical guidance and mentoring to junior engineers and team members.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate for the Civil Engineering Project Manager position must possess the following qualifications
• A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• A current Professional Engineer (PE) license.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in civil engineering with a focus on environmental engineering.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
• Extensive experience in pollution prevention plans, stormwater management, erosion control, wastewater treatment, grading/earthwork, roadways, storm sewers, sanitary sewers, pavements, and water mains.
• Strong project management skills with a proven track record of managing large-scale civil engineering projects.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• A strong understanding of local, state, and federal environmental regulations.
• The ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
