Job Overview
Climate Pros LLC seeks a highly skilled Construction Manager Lead to oversee construction activities and ensure timely delivery. The ideal candidate will have experience working with commercial retail clients and possess strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:
• Implement project plans, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget.
• Manage all documentation for change orders.
• Work closely with clients to provide regular status updates on timelines and costs.
• Facilitate team and client meetings effectively.
• Resolve and/or escalate issues in a timely fashion.
• Communicate effectively with project teams to identify needs and evaluate alternative business solutions.
• Gather and review construction documents.
• Work with other Project Managers during bidding, negotiation, and post-bid processes.
• Visit job sites to monitor production and quality assurance.
• Review work progress daily.
• Prepare internal and external reports on job status.
• Negotiate terms of agreements, draft contracts, and obtain permits and licenses.

Requirements:
• New product development experience is essential.
• PMP certification is a plus.
• Experience working with and effectively leading cross-functional teams is crucial.
• MS Project expertise, as well as strong Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills, are required.
• Proven ability to deliver high-quality projects on tight schedules is vital.
• Strong and effective decision-making skills are necessary.
• Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
